Approximate DOB 07/01/2011 Size - She's about 10 lbs History- Daphne was adopted from us about 5 years ago. recently her mom fell ill and had to send her back to us. We agreed to not only bring her back into our program but also her brother and sister (Guiness and Kahlua). All 3 are doing great and loving life. Daphne is a worried girl - always has been- but she loves, loves, loves love and attention. She does mimic ... (Read More)smiles so that is super cute. She is just an absolute doll. These dogs have all been very loved and well cared for but with losing their mom they need to find new families to join. Temperament- Very sweet and loving.. She is shy when first meeting someone and will bark at strangers sometimes when they come into the house but once they sit down and give her a treat she warms up quickly. She loves attention. She doesn't like men for some reason so will bark and growl at them but again they too can win her over with treats and love. She is scared to be picked up but will come to you for lots of love and climb into your lap on the couch. Energy Level- Mid level energy. Dogs/Cats- Good with other other dogs and good with cats.. House trained- House trained and using a dog door but also knows how to ring a bell hanging on a door to let you know she needs out. Daphne is just super cute and her smiling just makes her that much cuter.. I love this girl.. She is a very easy dog and very quiet- just a real sweet little girl who will make a wonderful addition to any home. She does love to play fetch and will run after a toy but then stop and just look at it and come back to you- never really fetching it.. But she gets super excited to play fetch- in fact most of her excited photos are done because we are playing fetch (though we were the ones to go get the toy she would run after it and show us where it fell- lol). She is just super sweet, no accidents in the house ever, great tiny guard/alert dog- a very easy almost perfect girl if you can get past her not liking men and not liking to be picked up. Adoption fee $200 includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations (4 for puppies), deworming, microchip, rabies vacc, collar and tags, training information, and all the support you need.
